I had an issue with a car I purchased from Shottenkirk. I wasn't aware of the issue until about a month afterwards, and it was one of those small issues that's such an annoyance; the cabin air filter door was missing on my used car. Service (Talon) had no issues with having me come in to fix it. But then my glove box wouldn't close. He attempted to work on it for a while, before realizing that we had to order a new part. We finally got a replacement glove box, and Talon arranged for this to be installed and for me to have a shuttle to and from work so I could have minimal interruptions. I had no doubt Talon would get the issue fixed, and he did. I cannot recommend Shottenkirk's service enough.

I came in for one service, but they check everything and also advise me of other concerns. Out of pick $251, but when you drive a great vehicle MAINTENANCE helps keep the vehicle running with less concerns..

Decatur Honda was great and we will return as needed. From the phone person making the appointment to our “go-to” guy Talon, and a couple others we encountered briefly, they were all very attentive, friendly and informative. Raleigh in management was phenomenal, and Katherine was a fantastic saleswoman. Very knowledgeable and great to work with. They made this experience 100/10 compared to any other dealership experience, and that's coming from someone who used to work at one. The GM as well as finance were a big help and all played a part in getting me a great deal. If you are looking, ask for Katherine in sales, and if you are looking at a new car as well I would highly recommend Raleigh to work your deal with.

Still being quiet young and being my first time buying a car on my own I was quite nervous but the sales associate Tyrone was very nice and very patient, he made this a very comfortable experience and they have a great team of people there to answer any of your questions. Went in for routine maintenance and was served with friendly and professional assistance. Service on my vehicle was prompt and thorough. All in all, it was a pleasant visit!

I hit a garbage can with my mirror. I was completely without a mirror or the safety features that go with it. I only had a little over 24 hours before I was to leave on a trip. They got the mirror in and put it on in about 24 hours. There is no way I could have made my trip without the mirror. They were so kind and courteous and did everything they could to make the repair quickly. I really didn’t think it was going to be possible due to the time constraints. Thank you Honda!
