Although the delivery date for a replacement tire ordered was initially misrepresented, the service center worked me in and installed the tire the same day it did finally come in on the delivery truck.

My fluids weren't topped off and I explained we were taking it on the road for our honeymoon and that it needed to be road-worthy. It was also my 40,000-mile service. I was not happy about that at all. My husband checked it that morning before we got on the road. But it could have potentially been a very bad situation if he had just thought it had been done as it was supposed to have been. I hope this is brought to their attention. After shopping at several places looking for the perfect car for my needs and going through countless overbearing salesmen, Tyler was a breath of fresh air. He was relaxed and willing to work with our needs and show us options honestly. He didn’t push hard for an unfair financing deal or only show us cars on the high end. Very thorough and helpful. Dropped our car off that morning and they had our problem solved by early afternoon. They also provided us with plenty of details for things to look out for in the future.

The service department is very good and polite. They took care of my oil change in only 90 minutes. I give the service department the 5 stars. The waiting area is very nice too. I am still disappointed in the sales group. I wouldn’t buy another vechole from this location/company. I love my Honda Pilot thou.

I took my New vehicle in on a service trip for a recall my vehicle had on it. When I arrived, I told them I didn't have a extra vehicle and needed mine for business. They said it would be about 3 hours or so and that they have a shuttle that would take me anywhere I needed to go. I told them I would wait till mine was finished at the waiting area. It didn't seem like I was there long at all between talking with someone else and just a brief bit on my cell phone. In 70 mins. my vehicle was ready!!! They took into consideration that I had to get back to business and got to my vehicle and got me out quickly and a well done job on my vehicle!!!
