Jaylin is the guy to see. I had high hopes but a low credit score and he helped me. We needed reliable transportation and this gem of a person made it a reality. I walked in to this dealership with only my cash and my word. He made my dreams come true. My credit score was maybe a good 500-550(nothing to brag about) but he made me feel like I had a 900, (Tony Hawk y’all). The air conditioning was phenomenal, I can’t stress that enough. I felt like i was transported to a vast glacial plane, yet I was warmed by the hands of Jaylin, always so caring and pleasant. The manager was also very welcoming, he assured me that he was on MY side and really had a calming presence. I like that. My new car was delivered to me without any issues, or unknown problems. I believe it was Theodore Rosevelt that said, “What is understood shan’t be explained”. This has rung true. The fine folks at Shottenkirk Honda of Decatur definitely have delivered on their promises. I do not have a child, but if I ever do I think I’m going to give him the nickname of “Lil’ Shotty.” It was just that impactful.
